We want you to love your Caboodles experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your Caboodles products in their original box or a sturdy mailing container to prevent damage during transit.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
